Not a good experience. Not up to par to previous comfort inns I stay at.
3.0The front desk staff was very nice.
− The toilet was dirty, the tub is old and is the kind that dips in the middle and feels unsafe. The bathroom floor was not clean, there was one kleenex left in the box.
Not bad for an inexpensive room

− The first room they gave us had no refrigerator, microwave or functional air conditioner. We were moved across the hallway to a better room. The breakfast was minimal at best.

− Jets didn't work on Jacuzzi tub. Phone didn't work to call front desk. Booking said pool was open, got there and pool was not open.
Nice, Friendly, staff, clean, but not the best breakfast for a diabetic.
9.0There is a new GM, I didn't know that in advance. There are issues with the cleaning staff marking rooms ready, when they are not. The Swimming pool is closed; I didn't know that until I arrived. The new GM is working to correct the issues with the cleaning staff marking rooms ready when they are not. I was moved to a double queen vs the King room I booked.
− The breakfast includes cereal, bread, and a waffle maker, which is not diabetic-friendly.
