It was wonderful!
10.0The location is perfect; so close to Busch Stadium! The staff, especially the manager, running around to make sure everything runs smoothly during the breakfast and happy hour chaos, is amazing! He is always smiling and makes everyone feel welcome.
− The elevator to our floor was out of commission after the baseball game, so that was a little annoying, but we understand, it is an old building, and that comes with some problems. The building is so beautiful though, so I wouldn't want to change it.

8.0Location close to Gateway Arch was wonderful. Love popcorn machine.
− Shower head sprayed out of tub. Curtain didn’t open in room. Methane gas smell in room. Staff didn’t sound concerned and was overwhelmed. All food chafing dishes empty when we arrived at breakfast. No TP in bathrooms at breakfast.
