It was really close to public transportation and the train to the airport. The room was spacious with a good bed.

− The desk chair was wobbly and the extra chair was extremely low to the ground--just an odd choice. The water in the shower was not consistently hot. We were unable to get into our room until after 5:00 p.m. for our first night.

I reserved a room with two double beds to comfortably accommodate four people during my stay in Miami. Since I was departing for a cruise the following day, I wanted a hotel conveniently located less than a 10-minute drive from PortMiami. Brickell was the perfect location! From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. Yamela at the front desk was incredibly kind, generous, and accommodating with all of my birthday requests. The hotel manager was also very friendly and understanding, and he was able to adjust my reservation to ensure we had a room with two double beds. The bar downstairs was another highlight of my stay! Jose, the bartender, was so sweet, welcoming, and attentive, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I absolutely loved the atmosphere at Hotel Indigo! It’s a great location for groups looking to have a good time, and I especially enjoyed both the upstairs and downstairs patios. The hotel is definitely adult-friendly while still offering a comfortable and welcoming environment. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Hotel Indigo! I enjoyed my stay so much that I actually booked another room for my return to Miami after my cruise, and the hospitality was just as welcoming the second time around. The staff truly made my birthday celebration memorable, and I sincerely appreciate their kindness, attentiveness, and accommodations throughout both stays. Hotel Indigo has definitely earned a returning guest, and I look forward to booking again whenever my travels bring me back to Miami!

− One area where I believe the hotel could improve is its breakfast selection, particularly for guests with halal dietary restrictions. While I appreciated having a breakfast voucher included with my stay, I was a bit disappointed to find that many of the menu options were pork-based, which significantly limited my choices. I would have loved to see a more inclusive breakfast menu featuring alternatives such as turkey or chicken sausage, halal-friendly protein options, and a wider variety of vegetarian dishes. Considering the hotel’s welcoming atmosphere and excellent hospitality, I believe offering more diverse breakfast options would further enhance the guest experience. Dietary inclusivity is important, especially in a city as culturally diverse as Miami. Providing guests with more flexibility in how they use their breakfast vouchers would be a thoughtful improvement and ensure that everyone can enjoy a satisfying meal regardless of their dietary restrictions. Although sthis did not take away from my overall positive experience at Hotel Indigo, it is certainly something I hope the hotel considers improving in the future.

I enjoyed my initial stay at Hotel Indigo so much that I booked another room for my return from my cruise! Once again, the staff was welcoming, accommodating, and friendly. The convenient location and great atmosphere made my stay even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning whenever I’m in Miami!
