Sehr nettes Personal und grundsätzlich auch sauber, wobei ich Bettwanzen auch unter den Aspekt Sauberkeit fassen würde, was meine Bewertung begründet.

− 2 Gründe für meine Bewertung: 1. Ich habe einen anderen Gast im Aufzug getroffen, der komplett von Bettwanzen zerstochen war und der Hotelbesitzer meinte wohl am Telefon, dass es ein bekanntes Problem war. 2. Das Frühstück war unterirdisch. Das Rührei war oben dunkelgelb und offensichtlich von gestern. Die Dame vom Personal rührte es dann nach einer Weile um, vermutlich um es besser aussehen zu lassen. Sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Auch wenn es mir im Grunde nicht so viel ausgemacht hat, fand ich es schon unglaublich schlecht.

Dass das Hotel ein Restaurant hat.

− Zu wenig Parkplätze vor allem für Behinderte und dann vor dem Haus und der Firma neben an kosten 9€ . Bleibt einem auch nichts anderes übrig, da man im Industriegebiet nichts anderes findet. Im ersten Zimmer waren irgendwelche Kügelchen unter dem Matratzenschutz. Im Badezimmer war der Handtuchhalter nicht okay. Bekamen prompt ein neues, doch als wir zu Bett gehen wollten nach einem eiligen Abendessen. Da die Daten der Öffnungszeiten auf booking.com nicht richtig sind. Fand meine Frau kleine Glassplitter im Bett und auf dem Boden. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt war dann auch keiner mehr zu erreichen. Am nächsten Morgen wollten wir dies zu Sprache bringen, doch leider wieder keiner vor Ort. Am zweiten Abend, der Supergau. Plötzlich öffnet sich langsam die Zimmertür und man fragte uns, ob wir nicht im falschen Zimmer sei, denn sie hätten die Key Card für dieses Zimmer bekommen. Natürlich derjenige, der uns das Zimmer ja einen Tag vorher zugewiesen hat nicht vor Ort, sondern nur aushilfsweise der mann vom Restaurant. Ein Pärchen hat an diesem Abend anscheinend auch nicht die Leistung, die sie meinte gebucht zu haben bekommen. Haben dann auf das Frühstück verzichtet, da wir eh nur zwei Nächte vor Ort waren. Haben dann eine junge Frau ander Rezeption vorgefunden, die sich in aller Ruhe unsere Bemerkungen zum Aufenthalt angehört hat und uns das Geld für beide Frühstücke zurück gegeben hat. Alles in allem ist da noch viel Luft nach oben. Anscheinend wird es hauptsächlich von Monteuren genutzt, was nichts schlimmes ist, doch auch die Monteure haben auch ein Recht auf ein ordentliches Zimmer. Wir werden dieses Hotel in Zukunft meiden, wenn wir mal wieder in der Nähe zu tun haben.
