they given room was very bad lack if cleaness and etc

The staff were friendly and the AC in the dorm worked well. It had a nice relaxing and common space too! However, the whole night I spent awake because of mosquitoes. Even covered by a blanket I was constantly eaten and had non-stop big bites all over me. It was the worst night of sleep I've had in a very long time. Unfortunately this completely ruined my stay. Mosquitoes and insects should be taken care of in the rooms, or repellent or incense should be used to manage them. Unfortunately I would not return because of this issue! Hope you can find some ways to manage it for future guests

とても良いホステルです。 室内もシャワールームも清潔で、スタッフも優しいです。 朝食いただきましたがとても美味しかったです。 洗濯物も干せるところあります。 エアコンは19:00-07:00ですが特に問題はなかったです。 アクセスは最寄り駅まで徒歩15分ですが、中心の観光地の方まで電車で40分〜1時間くらいかかります。 共有スペースでは仕事をしたり、くつろいだり、ご飯を食べたりみんな自由に過ごしてました。 とてもあたたかい雰囲気で癒されました。 チェンナイにきた際はまた泊まりに来たいです。
