Wouldn’t recommend staying here
4.0Too expensive for what you get. I chose this hotel bc of its proximity to my family members place. The hotel/staff were fine however the room smelled like mildew, the shower door didn’t stay closed and water sprayed out, and the bed was uncomfortable and springy. Not comparable to Hilton.
Had a great stay. Nice staff and very clean rooms! The bed was amazing.
10.0The bed was amazing!
Highly recommend. Great hotel and a great location!!
10.0Everything was perfect!
They can do better
2.0Unfortunately the bathroom was that functioning and television did not work. No one was willing to resolve any issues, not a good experience
Comfortable Stay and Friendly Staff
10.0The Hyatt House Indianapolis/Fishers is connected to the Hyatt Place. It is part of a shared lot with multiple popular restaurants. There are other hotels being erected in the same complex. Due to the construction and shared parking, spots close to the hotel entrances were incredibly limited unless you had a handicap placard or were in an EV. There were spots available near my assigned room (105), but the exterior door there was labeled for emergency exit only and there were construction blockades right outside it. Although it is situated amongst these factors, it was quiet. When I arrived to the lobby, José was very hospitable. He welcomed me and quickly checked me in. He acknowledged my Explorist status and communicated where to find my waters. This hotel keeps their waters in a cooler so they are already cold for guests. The lobby was clean and offered ample seating and the building as a whole appeared contemporary, either recently remodeled or constructed. Room 105 had two queen beds and a view of the parking lot. The room was exactly as pictured online as of 7/2026 and appeared clean. The only issue exception was the ice bucket, which had water in the liner indicating that it was used. This was easily remedied by going to the front desk to get a new liner, to which José was incredibly helpful once again. Like other Hyatt properties, toiletries are available in-unit. The bed was comfortable, resulting in a good night’s rest before I continue my roadtrip. I cannot attest to the comfort of the pillows. Like most Hyatt properties and many other hotels, the pillows seemed to be down; therefore, I quickly discarded them from the bed due to allergies. I always travel with my own pillow due to this. Like many hotels, the water pressure from the shower was low and would not have penetrated my hair nor have removed all of the shampoo and conditioner had I needed to wash it. Luckily, I anticipated this and washed my hair the previous night. The breakfast area was clean and had adequate seating to accommodate a moderate volume of guests. The breakfast food was a fairly standard Hyatt continental breakfast selection. Yogurt, fresh fruit, eggs and egg quiches, and breakfast meats, cereals, and breads were available. The food is separated, but due to the nature of self-serve, preventing cross-contamination cannot be guaranteed. If this is an issue for you, I recommend getting up early and having breakfast as soon as it opens. Similarly, there was no allergen information visible; having celiac, Crohn’s, and tree nut allergies, I have to be incredibly careful what I eat or what my food comes in contact with. I asked the hostess if allergen information was available. She did not know, but went to ask. Ultimately, 3 employees were involved: the hostess, another dining room attendant who was near the bar, and a manager. The manager did not know anything about allergen information and asked if I had a question about a specific item. I was interested in several items, but I felt like a huge inconvenience so I only inquired about the potatoes. He manager left but the other attendant ultimately returned with a picture of the ingredients list on the bag of potatoes, which indicated wheat; therefore, not safe for me to eat. She did state that the eggs and breakfast meats were gluten free. I appreciate her commitment to finding out information and regret not getting her name so I could mention her. When I left breakfast, she was tending hostess stand when I left breakfast. To make it easier on the employees and more accommodating to people with disabilities, dietary restrictions, and life-threatening allergies, perhaps the hotel should have lists of allergen information displayed for the food they commonly have available. While breakfast offerings change day to day, hotels tend to cycle through the same offerings each week. Overall my stay at the Hyatt House Fishers was pleasant and restful, met with friendly staff. This friendliness extended through checkout, where Donna was very expedient and pleasant. She offered to get my waters before I left, which were as cold as the previous day’s waters. With most Hyatt properties that I have stayed, you get what you pay for, and this Hyatt House does not stray from that norm. A restful night and hospitable staff are worth the value.
Hyatt Place Fishers Indianapolis
6.0I’m a Hyatt member and have always enjoyed staying at a Hyatt property. The experience started on a sour note when we were greeted rather coldly. The first words were, ID Please, no Hello, or recognition that I’m a rewards member. The staff at the breakfast were also very cold and not friendly at all. Basically they looked like they’d rather be somewhere else.
