− As most hotel rooms in Japan, this one was pretty small.
Komfortabel aber Check in der Horror
5.0Man hat alles was man braucht!
− Absolute Katastrophe – chaotischer Check-in und bewohntes Zimmer! Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment Hotel 11 Kuromon war eine einzige Enttäuschung. Der Check-in-Prozess verlief komplett digital und war extrem kompliziert. Erst währenddessen erhielten wir den Hinweis auf eine Keybox, die wir ewig suchen mussten, da es sich in Wahrheit um ein Touchpad direkt an der Tür handelte – völlig unklar kommuniziert! Als wir die Tür endlich offen hatten, der nächste Schock: Im Zimmer stand bereits ein Koffer! Es war absolut unsauber und wirkte, als würde dort aktuell ein Mietnomade hausen. Auch wenn es sich vermutlich um einen Systemfehler gehandelt hat, ist so etwas absolut inakzeptabel. Vom Support wurden wir nur per Chat abgespeist. Erst nach einer vollen Stunde Wartezeit kam eine Mitarbeiterin vor Ort vorbei. Anstatt einer echten Entschuldigung bekamen wir einfach das Zimmer direkt daneben zugeteilt. Das Ganze hatte einen extrem faden Beigeschmack. Hier buchen wir definitiv nie wieder!
