De locatie ligt dichtbij het centrum en heeft een prima bed voor twee personen. Helaas wel wat aan de korte kant qua lengte.

− Er is in de advertentie geen notitie aanwezig dat hier geen europese stopcontacten aanwezig zijn. Er zijn überhaupt weinig beschikbare stopcontacten aanwezig. Daarnaast is het bijzonder dat er bij het verhuren van dit appartement geen (klein) koffiezetapparaat voor cupjes aanwezig is, zodat je niet zelf een kop koffie kan zetten in de ochtend/ avond.

Arredo curato e funzionale

− Purtroppo era sopra alla fuoriuscita di una cappa di un ristorante l’odore negli orari dei pasti era fastidioso da dover chiudere le finestre, ma non limitante. Purtroppo la struttura dove c’è l’appartamento è un po’ datata e ha un po’ l’effetto di sporco per via della moquette anche se non lo è.

Monolocale ampio ben disposto mobili in legno moderni . Non mancava nulla. Soleggiato con 3 finestre . Buon contesto condominiale comodo sia per centro che per supermercato.

− Un pochino la posizione . La vista di 2 finestre dava sui tetti e sulla cappa di una cucina di ristorante o similare un pochino rumorosa con le finestre aperte. Chiuse non si sentiva nulla.

− I have nothing against owners trying to protect their property against potential damage. But I do have a problem when such conditions are imposed AFTER my credit card has already been charged for the entire price of the booking. There was no mention of this when making the reservation. I spent days trying to contact booking.com, which then told me, that the owners did not register any such damage policy with them, and they have no right to demand this. Nevertheless, the condition was emphasized in every single message after my reservation and payment. The condition was pre-authorization of my credit card at check-in for another 200EUR for 7 days, which is twice as long as my entire booking. I find this unusual. Even more so, when the check-out goes like this: "Leave the keys on the table and leave the apartment unlocked, someone will come later to inspect everything". Apparently booking.com contacted them about the issue, because in the end they "forgot" to ask for my credit card. But it was still annoying as hell.
