Comfortable room but housekeeping could have been better.
8.0Beds were comfortable. We had a suite as there were 3 of us. Rooms were spacious.
− There was a miscommunication as I had wanted room cleaned and beds made. When we returned at 3 the room had not been cleaned. I asked one of the housekeeper . She came to the room a little time later and said that it was not noted for cleaning. Housekeeper,after telling me that I should have told person at the desk. We were able to get her to bring some towels and we helped to empty the trash baskets. In our stay in Camarillo a few days before we needed a bath mat and housekeeping was at our room a few minutes after leaving the front desk.

5.0Ruhige Lage, in 5 min.ist man mit dem Auto im Zentrum, Pool, schattige Sitzgelegenheiten am Pool, breite bequeme Betten, Waschbecken separat außerhalb vom Bad im Zimmer
− Schmutzige Flure und Treppen, wurden während unseres Aufenthaltes von 5 Nächten nicht geputzt, Müll am Pool hinter den Liegen, defekte Holzstühle am Pool, Müll in Grünanlage am Parkplatz, Zimmer wurde nich wie vereinbart jeden 2.Tag gereinigt, am letzten Tag tote Kakerlage im Zimmer, sehr schade, die Anlage ist toll aber wird nicht gut verwaltet
