Not the best but definitely not the worst.

Smooth check in, even let us check in early. Deck clerk was very pleasant and accommodating. Prior to checking in, I asked for an upgrade to a queen suite, which was accommodated.

− 1st day/night, the water was brown and staff told us not to drink it and run the water in the sink and shower a while before using. Hairs of unknown (not ours) in the shower/bathroom. Pool was dirty. Breakfast buffet was ok, but for $17 it could have been nicer. It was the typical scrambled eggs, breakfast meats, fried potatoes and continental breakfast offerings that other hotels offer complimentary. Overall. it was dated but adequate for what we needed.

The staff were friendly and views were beautiful but the facility was very outdated and not the cleanest.

The views and the outdoor pool area were fantastic. The staff were very nice and attentive.

− They had a plumbing or water issue and we were without running water for two days. We initially found out when we got back to the hotel from an off roading UTV tour, covered in mud! We had nowhere to shower.

An anniversary weekend turned into a nightmare

The location of the property was very good. It was close to food, entertainment and shopping

− Day 2 we woke to no water in the resort. We were unable to shower, using the bathroom was terrible because you could not flush the toilet or wash your hands. The on premise restaurant had to close. We ended up leaving for the day and only coming back to sleep before checking out at 6:30 am. The best part was watching the wildlife outside of our balcony

Location but there are other resorts/hotels in the area that I will use next year!

− We had no water in the morning. Couldn't flush toilets, couldn't shower and couldn't brush teeth or wash face at sink in the morning. Rooms were small and and we had adjoining rooms that was difficult to open because a chair was in front of it and it was difficult to move. We are suppose to get refunded 50% of what we paid. We were told to contact Booking.com and they are suppose to call resort to confirm. I tried to call Booking.com but had to talk to an Ai manager and was very difficult to explain what happened. I left Booking.com an email and haven't heard anything. I will not be going back to the resort or use Booking.com in the future. Very dissatisfied costumer!
