Fine area, but not for the money.
5.0When opening the door to the small room, the first thing that hit us was the pungent smell of cleaners. While we were happy to have a clean room, the smell was overwhelming and lasted all night long.
− For $449, (one of the least expensive in the city) we expected more. Not a very good value for our money.

A charming hotel in a fantastic location with wonderful staff… we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
10.0The location was perfect, close to everything we wanted to see and do. The staff was incredibly attentive, warm, and friendly and made us feel very welcome. I especially loved the character of the hotel. It has that charming, authentic, old New York boutique-hotel feel rather than the generic feel of a big chain. It was comfortable, full of personality, and a really nice part of our New York experience.
