The Pullman Paris was in a great location, the rooms are old and run down, they have also charged me 3 times for the same booking and I have tried contacting them multiple times to resolve but not response.

Pequeno almoço muito variado e bom. E de uma vista fantástica para a torre Eiffel,mas para isso paguei bem , mas não me arrependo

− falta de profissionalismo nos funcionários quer na zona do pequeno almoço quer na recepção!! O quarto, para um hotel 4 estrelas ao lado da torre Eiffel, começa a ser necessário uma remodelação, pois havia já aspectos bastantes visíveis de falta de Manutenção!

The location was fantastic! The view from the room was perfect and the surrounding area was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was good, everything tasted great and the options were abundant. Jeff on reception was warm, welcoming and took time to personalise our check in. The room itself was clean, modern and felt well kept.

− After check in we realised that the room hadnt been set up correctly, as I was sharing a room with my mother we were allocated a twin room but the room was setup as a double - I popped back down to ask them to help us set get it set up as a twin which they said they would do whilst we explored. When we returned the bedroom hadnt been reset as a twin room, instead they had opened out the sofa bed - which was then just in the middle of the room, uncomfortable and not what we had been told was being done. I hate complaining so I left it for that night, the following day I asked again if they could change the bed situation and was told they would correct it that day - long story short for the 3 nights we were there I slept on the sofa bed as they never came. The food options and quality at breakfast were fantastic - but the service and the attention to detail was lacking - we were sat down for 25mins before I had to find a staff member to ask if someone could come to take our coffee/eggs order (as these were made to order) and it then took two reminders before the coffees arrived. The tables for breakfast were never setup fully, cutlery, napkins and condiments were only on a couple of tables and I had to ask other guests if I could take their salt/pepper and there were no teaspoons readily available at the tables. Service overall was slow - reception was often overwhelmed and crowded with check in/check out guests, the restaurant staff were friendly but things were often forgotten or would take a very long time to arrive. I really enjoyed my time in Paris and the location was perfect - but the price of this hotel did not reflect the experience we had.
