− Huoneessamme kuului veden lorina vesiputkistosta joka yö koko yön ajan! Aivan kamalaa! Keitetyt munat oli joka aamu loppu ja aina niitä piti pyytää ja odottaa!

8.015mn à pied de la Gare, facilité d'accès commerces Restauration, du centre ville , personnel charmant, petit dejeuner copieux, terrasse le toit avec vue sur Florence.

8.0Good location, staff members extremely kind and attentive everywhere in the hotel, beginning with the reception trough the barman and breakfast staff.
− In the first night we got a room we were not happy about. Air conditioning was not working well, one side of the bed was not easily accessible, bathroom very small with no place for toiletries . But, the staff was very understanding and changed our room on the next day.
