− The room, fridge was moldy, towels and bedding were sparce, mattress stained, couch stained, floor sticky lampshade splattered with something.

5.0The bed was comfortable. Offered an upgrade for free. The breakfast was as expected.
− The exterior of the building looked worn down. No real upkeep on the lawn. From the outside the windows were dirty and the blinds on the first floor were broken. The building needed painting. Some of the furniture in our room was worn. The TV was not programmed to the remote. Had to unplug the TV to turn it off.

10.0Quite , clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the shower water was just warm , did not get HOT. But it was warm enough to shower. Great stay with friendly staff.
