Im not satisfied the way my rewards was not added and charging me for a night I never stayed.

− My rewards was not added and they charge me for another night even I only stayed 4 days in a 5 days reservation.
This was a great hotel for the cost and met our expectations.
8.0King bed was comfortable and TV was easy to work. Bathroom was comfortable and clean. Location was easy off the interstate considering all the road work around MSP.
− The A/C was noisy with metal vibration but got as cold as we needed it. Breakfast was not free included with the room with limited options.

− Housekeeping walked in on me through a do not disturb sign as I was in bed. I asked for a manager to report it and was told they would be back in a few days..

− Room next to me had kids partying. I was down at the front desk at 1am begging them to put an end to it. Called again and the partying ended by 2:30am. Very disappointed in the stay, barely got any sleep. Reported the incident and received NO apology or response from this incident. Disappointed and will not return.
