nice location

− Multiple issues with the apartment - broken toilet losing us 2 days in apartment whilst fixed as well as a lot of noise whilst work went on. Lights, TV, cleanliness issues as well.

great place to stay if you want to visit Maspalomas.

Marius has been contacting me on whatsapp and has waited for us at the property. We have received fresh bread every morning for free. The house was really great, comfy beds, clean. Everything was really good!

The villa was located in a very convenient location near the swimming pool and car parking.

Breakfast was not included

− We had difficulty opening the front door on arrival which was very frustrating and after half an hour trying we had to call the company representative on duty who was not happy to be called out.

In case your arrival to the villa will be for any reason (delays, shoppings…) late afternoon /night (from 20.00) please it is VERY IMPORTANT that you inform us prior to your arrival at the island, there is no reception at the property to leave the keys for you, therefore a member of our staff needs to meet you to handle the keys.

Late check-in carries the following charges, to be paid in cash upon arrival:

-Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30

-Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50

-Between 00:00 and 01:30 - EUR 80Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
