− Não tinha água disponível, calçada do prédio muito suja! Estava chegando de uma longa viagem e a anfitriã ficou horas sem me responder sobre a chave o que me e pensar que eu não conseguiria entrar no apartamento, pois cheguei de madrugada, pelo menos isso deu certo.

− A garagem é muito apertada, carro sedan não entra. O sofá, colchão e os travesseiros já estão cansados, afundados, desconfortáveis. A reserva foi do apartamento inteiro, mas um quarto estava trancado e isso atrapalhou a estadia. A reserva foi feita para 3 pessoas, mas só havia roupa de cama para 2 pessoas. A anfitriã não respondeu mais os contatos quando reclamamos do quarto trancado e da falta de cama preparada para a terceira pessoa.
