10.0El apto es muy grande y cómodo.
− Era muy caliente y solo había un ventilador, al preguntar si tenía aire acondicionado nos quedamos sin respuesta.
Short visit, perfectly located and very accommodating.
8.0Loved the location and it's proximity to the railroad station and vaporetto stop. We felt like we were locals in Venezia. Located away from but close enough to the main sites. Easy arrival and departure. Had we stayed longer, the apartment was well appointed for comfort and cooking.
− The photos are accurate though the apartment was a little more rustic than it appeared. Also did not like one morning's construction noise that seemed to start at 6am but ended by 10am. Ha. I know this is definitely not a daily thing. Wish luggage storage had been an option. However, we found a good one very close by that was in a restaurant.

Good value for money, a great option for a holiday in Venice. For sure I can recommend.
10.0Location, very close to the train station and very central. Comfortable beds. Kitchen area, you can make the food, there are facilities. Marvellous view from some windows, as for my taste. Helpful owner.
− Lack of some kitchen utensils. For example smaller pot or lid for a frying pan. Not critical but makes cooking easier. Unequipped bathroom. Hooks, rods for hanging towels. A shower curtain would be very useful.
