− Housekeeping kommt nicht mehr nach 110:00h.
£186 for a ‘cosy’ room. It was smaller than a broom cupboard. I had no option but to upgrade to a slightly larger room

− Room is very small, bathroom is so small Not worth tbe money Reception desk insistef to get our visa saying that room has mini bar . But we found nothing in the room, no mini bar

5.0I loved the style of the hotel. The staff were very attentive. The buttery next door, we found the staff serving in the restaurant attentive however when we sat outside, we waited awhile for service. My 2nd coffee I ordered did not arrive. I loved the steam iron and hairdryer. The air con was the best.
− The light under the door in the single rooms,especially the rooms at the top. The stairs were a nightmare to carry our heavy bags up. The flashing of the light of whatever flashes at the door in the room. Especially for summer, try get fridges in the rooms. They help for cold water and cooldrinks.The supermarket cooldrinks were warm so it would of been great and to keep ice trays in a freezer compartment. Also for the reception area to keep large jugs of ice water with fresh lemon and mint. Travellers are always thirsty apon arrival especially in summer.

− The stairs are quite steep and it is difficult to carry a suitcase upstairs as there’s several floors and no lift
