2.0Ridiculous price for mediocre hotel and terrible service. No bottles of water available at the beach location in the heat and no customer service whatsoever. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible experience! They did not have my reservation!
1.0Beachfront location.
− They would not honor my Booking.com reservation that I made a couple months ago. I reserved a king size room with a sleeper sofa for 3 nights from 7/16-19/2026 for a total cost of $1127.19, which was secured by my American Express card. However, when my family and I tried to check-in, they told us we didn't have a reservation. Booking.com tried to resolve the issue but the best the front desk could do was offer a room at the current price of $1900, which Booking.com said they'd only be able cover $500 of the adjusted price. Not willing to pay more than what I was guaranteed by Booking.com, I was forced to secure lodging at a hotel across the street from the courtyard by Marriott South Virginia Beach; very frustrated with both Booking.com and the Marriott! So much for being a Marriott Bonvoy member.
