10.0Die Unterkunft war mit allem super ausgestattet, sehr geräumig und sauber. Wir wurden mit hinterlegten Dingen willkommen geheißen. Die Lage einwenig abseits, ruhig und trotzdem nah an der Haupteinkaufsstraße.
− Wir hätten gerne flachere Kissen zur Auswahl gehabt.
Leider enttäuschend. Viel zu viel Geld.
1.0Lage und Sauberkeit
− - Bilder bei Booking entsprachen nicht der Realität - insgesamt sehr dunkel, im EG, dazu wurde alles in einem dunkelgrauen Farbton eingerichtet - sehr trist und unpassend für eine FeWo - keine Privatsphäre da alle Leute in die Fenster schauen konnten, zudem sah man ringsherum auf sehr viele Fenster von anderen Häusern - Parkplätze genau unter bzw. an den Fenstern- es wurden ständig PKWs be und entladen, Personal rauchte vor den Fenstern - Parkplätze absolut eng bemessen, eine Seite vom pkw musste an der Hauswand stehen, so dass ein ein- und aussteigen nicht für alle möglich gewesen ist - angebaute Veranda an dem ursprünglich historischen Haus- beim benutzen hat man das Gefühl auf der Straße zu sitzen - Haken der Garderobe standen weit ab, so das man im vorbei gehen hängen blieb - Müll ist selbst zu entsorgen - Bibliothek: da stehen eigentlich viele und unterschiedliche Bücher ;) leider enttäuschend - fitnessraum: die Monitore wurden demontiert zudem waren keine verschiedenen Modi/ Stufen einstellbar - z. B. War das Rudergerät eher ein gleiten, leider auch enttäuschend - insgesamt sehr hellhörig - insgesamt viele Spinnenweben und Spinnen überall Fazit: für 165€ pro Nacht, absolut überteuert, keine vier Sterne

9.0The apartment is in an old newly renovated building, it has enough space for a small family. The beach is 5 min by foot away and there is a small park around the corner with enough shade for a hot day. We were able to collect the keys a bit ahead of the check in and get into the apartment as soon as it was ready.
− You need to collect the keys in a hotel 1km away from the apartment. We arrived by train to Binz and it would have been easier if one could get the keys at the place directly. The outside sitting area is just beside the car lot, so we didn't really use it.
