− Pool was tiny. Breakfast was a bit lackluster
Underwhelming
6.0The maintenance man was fabulous and fixed plumbing quickly. Pool is lovely. Would be enhanced with a water fountain
− Breakfast was poor. Water which is normally free cost,$2.50 for a small bottle and none in room No Breakfast tea unbelievable Reception staff confused on what should be available Not to the standard I expect from a Hyatt

− It is also very strange that I was charged an additional fee for parking. Furthermore, when I checked out, I asked for an invoice for the payment I had made, but I was told that they could not provide one. I have stayed at many hotels across North America, and this is the first time I have ever encountered a hotel refusing to provide an invoice for a payment. In addition, the air conditioning unit in the room was extremely noisy while operating, which negatively affected the overall comfort of my stay.
EXTERIOR RENOVATION
We are truly excited to share that our hotel will be undergoing a renovation to refresh our building’s exterior and make it even more beautiful. The work is scheduled to begin on August 21, 2026, with an estimated completion date of October 30, 2026. Please rest assured that the hotel will remain fully open and operational throughout the entire renovation period.
