Maison d'été (uniquement)

Le propriétaire est d'une grande gentillesse, il réponds instantanément aux messages/appels. Il est à l'écoute. Très important pour un propriétaire. Cependant, à proximité il n'y a rien à faire d'extraordinaire, mise à part aller à la plage. La piscine reste un point important à la maison. Néanmoins elle est inutilisable en février/Mars et la maison (maison d'été) n'est pas très approprié aux saisons hivernale. Les maisons en Italie étant des maisons avec hauts plafond, pour chauffer c'est problématique.. Néanmoins, c'est une belle maison fonctionnelle, à mon goût, manque d'ustensiles neufs. Elle est vétuste mais abordable.

Abbiamo passato tre giorni in famiglia e devo dire che siamo stati davvero benissimo, la casa era pulitissima compresa la piscina adatta a tutti. Il proprietario è una persona squisita, si è subito messo a disposizione, gentilissimo e disponibile sempre. Davvero molto molto contenti di questo soggiorno

Unieke locatie, prachtige villa met ruime kamers en zelfs een zwembad! Alles schitterend schoon. Gastheer Sacha was onovertroffen. Uitstekende prijs/kwaliteit verhouding, beter kan niet.

Posizione eccellente a tre minuti dalla spiaggia, tutti percorsi interni al parco. Piscina privata, Camere grandi.
− Intervento del proprietario per la manutenzione della piscina. Arredi datati. Uno dei tre bagni è esterno.
