Clean but run down. TV too small to watch from bed.
4.0Bathroom and bedding were clean. Great water pressure.
− Signs of wear and tear were everywhere. Patches in walls, rough edges on counters and cabinets, drywall crumbling out of hole on to the floor. The main door did not close properly. After it was deadbolted, there was still a large gap at the bottom on right side where you could see the hallway. The "shower in tub" was very creaky-floor was weak. The TV was small and a long way from the bed. Couldn't really watch it from the bed.
