The room itself was not bad and the pool was lovely. But the staff were very uncaring.
5.0The pool was a nice amenity. The price wasn't bad and the room was decent enough.
− The staff were horrible, they were not attentive in the least. We didn't receive any housekeeping during our entire stay. My daughter got sick on the bed sheets one night and the staff was immediately notified that the soiled sheets needed to be removed from the room and we needed clean bedding to sleep on. We mentioned this multiple times over multiple days and housekeeping never came. Anytime we would complain the clerk would just say that they wrote us down and someone would be there shortly. Unfortunately no one ever came. We spent three nights with no sheets or blankets to sleep on and the dirty throw up sheets stinking up our room. A housekeeper only came to our room when we were checking out. We had to ask four times over two days just to get towels. When I tried to explain all of this again at checkout the man behind the desk completely ignored everything I said. They were very uncaring and disrespectful when it came to us needing anything.
Would only recommend this as a last resort for a day or two.
1.0Our room was right by the pool and they had plenty of parking space.
− Our room was really dirty. Hair in the bathtub that also wouldn’t drain, stains on the bedding and towels. We had to run to walmart and get a cheap set of sheets because we couldn’t sleep on the ones provided. We also got disinfectant and Lysol wipes to clean all the surfaces. It was as if nobody came and cleaned between each guest the each wipe came out brown/black. It also stated no smoking but there were cigarette buds everywhere including the pool with ash residue on the pool tables. The room reeked of essential oils. Bed were very uncomfortable.

5.0Location close to the highway and mostly where I used to live
− Its been couple of years since the last time I stayed here. Definitely the place got old and speaking of old, their mattress. Sunk on one side or another. Uncomfortable to sleep when you dont actually have sleep meds. Staff dont really give you full attention. Checked in with her talking on the phone, not even related to the business. Shower gels and shampoo were empty.
