− There was a roach in my room. And whoever was there before me also left a purple wash cloth hanging in the shower. So I assumed they didn’t wash the shower.

1.0I clerk Brittany was professional and courteous.
− Kristen was rude, and had me sleeping in my rental car for 3 hours..Later that day a DEAD BODY WAS FOUND IN THAT HOTEL!! And the bathroom door had a big whole in the door...
