Crummy poop infested property that is loaded with employees that do not give a damn
2.0If you want to stay in a dog poop palace and mosquito infested, loud, pot smoking place then this is the place for you. I suggest you seek another location if you are not signing up for any of the things I have listed.

− The bed sheets were all stained, it smelled awfully, the microwave and fridge were extremely smelly, the floor was very dirty, there was no water in the bath, shower or sink (yes, I had to brush teeth with water bootle), the surrounding bedrooms were very noisy and I felt pretty unsafe there with my kids. I would not recommend to anyone.

2.0We were very disappointed with our stay at the Vestavia Hills Red Roof Inn. The sign out front said New Rooms, New Team, ….. What we got was not one single room cleaning in 4 days. When we specifically asked for cleaning after day 2, we were told they would be cleaned the next day. We left again to provide time to do so and when we returned, the room had not been cleaned again! We asked the desk clerk about it and she said she would ask them to “that afternoon.” Didn’t happen. Every time we needed more room items we had to go to the office to get them, at night, as we were told they would not be available during the daytime. Additionally, there were 2 nights when there were several unsavory characters hanging out in the dog walk area. We won’t be staying there again!
