3.0Nothing, should have slept in my car.
− Booked room with two beds, was given a one-bed at first. Had to go back to change room. Both rooms smelled of stale smoke; one more than the other. The person at front desk gave me wrong directions for 2nd room. On our way to the room, there was a person passed out at the foot of the stairs. The room was dirty, sheets had stains, toilet was leaky, and bathtub did not look like it had been cleaned. There were dead bugs along the window sill and the air conditioner barely worked on a muggy 80-something night with 2 young children and a senior.

− The room was filthy dirty smelled like a dog was in there peeing all over the place ! I use two bottles of cleaner to try to clean for a better smell did not work!
Would not stay here again if if they paid me

− The first room they put me in was gross. Room was really dirty. Shower was gross. Tv was broken.

− It was not clean ,hot water wouldn't get hot, didn't have a phone in the room,no blankets on the bed, it was terrible I will never stay there again...am requesting a refund!!!
