− Wait times for a lift was unbearable. Far too long; up to 10 minuted at times. The hotel is under construction.

− Old tired, generally looked dirty, no facilities, room was very old and tired
Pleasant and in a good spot in time squire.
5.0The location was right in the heart of time square and the staff, especially Daniel, were fantastic
− The hotel was under renovations which made it a little more chaotic than expected, but the hotel is in need of a face lift so it was understandable. Our room also had no fridge and the ice machine on our floor was not in service.
