10.0The employees were extremely nice and helpful, and we were able to check in early for a reasonable extra charge. We asked for extra pillows as well and got them super fast.
− The bed was a little too firm for me but that is just a personal preference. The room was also pretty small for the price but I understand it it New York City. The hotel is in great proximity to what we came for. Would definitely stay again.
