− I left the housekeeper a $20 tip only to see on my credit card that I was also charged another $20 for gratuity that did not make me very happy

Customers who were Humiliated and Disrespected
2.0We made reservation for a family of 7. The second day at the hotel Katlyn called my daughter and ask us to leave the hotel. She stated that maybe this hotel wasn’t a good fit for us. She also stated someone informed her that 8 people were staying in our room which was not true. When my daughter made the reservation it was very Clear it was a family of 7. We were humiliated and racially profiled. We have been Hilton customer for years and have never experience such humiliation.
Late night check-in
10.0Got in for a late check in and was greeted by Josh at the front desk. He was so friendly, informative and got us to our room swiftly with a warm cookie for a late night snack. Thank you Josh!
