Wouldn’t stay again. Owner apparently doesn’t care about guests.
1.0When we arrived staff was wonderful. Different staff the next morning.
− We didn’t have hot water to shower with. When we called down about it we were told they could move us. ( all my things were strewn around and I was ready for a shower. When I asked for a refund I was denied. A bit later the front desk called and directed me to place the knob on cold. That hot is cold and cold is hot. By this time my husband and I were already dressed and almost ready to go. Again I asked for a refund and was denied. Now, at the front desk I once again I asked for a refund and was told no then offered10% discount. However, when we asked for a senior discount when we checked in we were denied that also. And told that they were in the middle of renovations. There was not any notifications or signage about the water being opposite or the renovations. The owner will not budge with giving us a refund. I have spoken with Booking.com nothing has happened. Except telling us to contact the hotel.
Room was nice and quiet. Breakfast is sparse.

− The “breakfast” they provide is extremely minimal. Literally just cereal or toast and coffee/milk/juice.
I would stay here again

− The pillows were not the best…..did not provide much support The continental breakfast not the best…..little variety. Coffee was good though.

− Need and pillows uncomfortable. Light in the bathroom was poor. Breakfast severely lacking.
