9.0Kalilo Harvest. He was great. He went above and beyond. The whole staff was great, except for the GM. She needs just a tad bit of compassion. My wife is disabled and she offended us when she stayed this is a Hotel. Not a hospital.

2.0Honestly, there really wasn’t much I liked about this stay. The breakfast was very basic — only oatmeal, coffee, and hot chocolate, which was disappointing. The room had a bad odor, like it hadn’t been cleaned or aired out properly. The bathroom didn’t even have a fan, which made it uncomfortable. On top of that, there was trash sitting in the hallway by my room, which made the place feel unclean and poorly managed. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
− What I didn’t like was the lack of cleanliness, comfort, and overall service. The room smelled bad, like it hadn’t been cleaned or aired out properly, which made it hard to relax. The bathroom didn’t have a fan, so it felt stuffy and uncomfortable. The breakfast options were very limited, with only oatmeal, coffee, and hot chocolate, which was disappointing. On top of that, there was trash left in the hallway near my room, making the place feel dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, after I came back from breakfast, my key card stopped working and I couldn’t get back into my room right away, which was frustrating. Overall, it was a bad experience and not worth the money.
