− Carpets in common areas could have been cleaner. More pots and pans would be nice. There were no bowls in the room.

You need to check Rose once a week. The other hotels do your rooms are getting tore up.

− Upon arrival my room had to be switched TWICE. The first room was not ready at alll, and the second room smelled completely like cigarettes even though it was a “non smoking” room. I was downgraded from a 2 bedroom to a 1 bedroom with no efforts made to accommodate. The TV DID NOT WORK, the blankets sucked, & the phone in the room also didnt work. Im never staying at a MainStay ever again and telling my family to do the same!
