The location of the property was excellent, with easy access to many of Venice's main attractions while still offering a pleasant and authentic atmosphere. The view from the apartment was beautiful and one of the highlights of our stay. Waking up to the Grand Canal scenery was a memorable experience. The apartment was spacious and well suited for our visit. Overall, the location and unique setting made our stay in Venice enjoyable and provided a great base for exploring the city.

− The most disappointing part of our stay was the communication before our arrival. While I appreciate the host's efforts to organize the key handover, we were repeatedly contacted days in advance about our exact arrival time, which created unnecessary stress. We were traveling a long distance, dealing with unpredictable transfer times, luggage, and an unfamiliar city, so providing a precise arrival time was not easy. The messages stating that we would be charged a penalty if we arrived late felt more like a threat than a helpful reminder. On our first evening, while we were trying to rest after a long journey, we received a message asking whether we had locked the main entrance door. We found this interruption unnecessary and inappropriate. Cleanliness was also below our expectations. The apartment was not particularly clean, and the overall standard felt average at best. Another issue was the temperature inside the property. The apartment was quite cold, and when we asked whether the heating could be increased, we were informed that local regulations in Venice do not allow temperatures above a certain limit. While we understand that this may not have been entirely under the host's control, it nevertheless affected our comfort during the stay. Overall, the constant focus on rules, schedules, and restrictions made us feel more stressed than welcomed. Instead of enjoying a relaxing holiday, we often felt under pressure to comply with procedures and requirements.

We had a lovely stay in Venice. The unit is very spacious, was clean and very centrally located

Great location, close to Rialto Bridge, St Marks Square, shops and eating places - nice to be right on The Grand Canal, very spacious, comfy bed, Great kitchen and bathroom
