9.0me gusto todo en general, tiene aparcamiento en el recinto, nosotros viajamos en moto y quedamos muy tranquilos, el general nos gusto tod, tuvimos un pequeño problema con una luz y al llegar de cenar ya lo habían solucionado, todo correcto.

7.0Der freundliche Empfang, schneller Check-in und nahe der Autobahn-Ausfahrt. Der Rezeptionist hat uns etliche Restaurants für's Abendessen empfohlen. Parkplatz umzäunt.
− Die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht so einfach einstellen.

7.0早餐简单但够用了，最满意的还是早餐厅的员工，非常热情，我们走错了餐厅她带我们去了正确的地方。前台的员工在前期预定的时候也给我们提供了很多帮助，很热情！
− 房间空调不制冷，在7月份的佛罗伦萨是很难受的。洗手间很拥挤，不适合带孩子出行。整体硬件需要维护升级，旅游团很多，感觉有些时候员工人手不足！

10.0Very friendly. Nice room. Were able to leave our car before we left even though we had already checked out. We were in the city centre within 20 min with the bus. Busstop was a short 12 min walk.
