− Booking ten yapmış olduğum oda 6. Katlara aitmiş ben bunu sonuçta bilemem 6. Kat mi 10. Katmi diye Bende daha yüksek kat istedim 12. Kat verdiler odaları fakat 8 gece için 500 usd fark ödedim, bu etik değil , birde ailem ile seyahat ediyorum sonuçta 2 yan yana oda varmış bağlantılı oda ama bize önermedi bi odayı 12. Kat bi odayı 16. Kattan veriyorlar, sonrasında biz kendimiz gördükten sonra 12. Katta ki odayı bağlantılı odaya çevirin dedikten sonra yaptılar. Halbuki benim ailem ile seyahat ettiğimi biliyorlar ,giriş yaparken görüyorlar onların bunu sunması gerekiyor.
