Great resort nestled in prime Bermuda
7.0The beach was amazing, very clean overall. Majority of the staff was very friendly and attentive, with the exception of one bartender. Shoutout to Vinay being the best restaurant waiter! The room and facilities were clean. The all inclusive package add on was a good value and the food was amazing here! Even the water sports (kayaks, paddleboarding etc) were included if you had the all inclusive package. Very short drive to the airport. The Natura Spa in the cave was AMAZING as well as the cave they have open for swimming, those were two very unique features of the hotel.
− There was only one option for lunch, which would get very crowded and slow service. The pool would also get very crowded and you could not get a seat unless you reserved it in the morning, even then people would take your seat. There were some exceptions for the all inclusive package which made it difficult to tell what was included and what wasn't, so we ended up paying for some drinks that we thought would be included but werent.
Grotto Bay made our first trip to Bermuda memorable, would love to visit again.

− The bathroom had mold that the staff was unable to remove. The view looks directly at the airport and you can hear traffic noise of the major thoroughfare going to the airport.
