Excelente ubicación y estadía confortable en New York!
6.0La ubicación es excelente, el personal que allí trabaja son todos muy amables (desde las personas dedicadas a limpieza, las que están en recepción, los que coordinan el transporte, todos excelentes personas), la habitación muy cómoda, sábanas y toallones de excelente calidad.
− Sólo tenemos dos observaciones negativas: el tema de los ascensores. Una lástima tener que esperar tanto tiempo para acceder a un ascensor. Durante nuestra estadía, un ascensor estaba fuera de servicio y realmente se complicaba mucho al momento de necesitarlo. Incluso tuvimos que acudir al ascensor de servicio. La segunda observación es que nos tocó una habitación alfombrada, y cuando llegábamos con tanto calor, se sentía un olor desagradable. No nos pareció higiénica la alfombra.

10.0המיקום של המלון פשוט מושלם! 5 דק מהסנטרל פארק ורבע שעה מהאיים סקוואר! מאד מתאים למשפחות. זה שיש מקרר בחדר ממש טוב. הצוות נחמדים מאד, החדר גדול על מזגן מקפיא. בקיצור באמת לא יכלנו לבקש טוב יותר. המחיר די יקר, אבל בהתחשב במיקום ובתמורה לדעתי זה אחלה! ממליצים מאד.
