5.0Buuen desayuno y buen ubicación
− El baño y partiularmente la ducha no tiene donde poner el jabón y/o shampoo. La puerta de mi habitación (102) estaba golpeada y en mal estado de presentación. Debajo de la puerta hay una pieza de madera perfecta para tropezarse y caer al suelo.

8.0Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel en primera línea al mar, la vista, el desayuno incluido, el personal amable, la profundidad de la piscina, pensado en los niños 🙂, los tours que ofrece y que es un hotel familiar.
− Que la tv de mi habitación estaba malograda y no lo pudieron solucionar, me cambiaron de habitación a una que olía feo a mogo, observaron ello y me cambiaron a otra que quedé conforme, la piscina un poco chica. Solo una mañana en la hora de desayuno cuando quise aumentarme un poco de jugo me acerqué al lugar donde servían, y yo estaba con el vaso en la mano una trabajadora que atendía en ese momento me detuvo y me dijo que no podía aumentarme, quizá yo entiendo que es una sola vez por huésped si me lo hubiese explicado amablemente, pero la manera de como me dijo me hizo sentir incomoda y avergonzada porque habia mucha gente y me tuve que regresar con mi vaso vacío . Que no haya un botiquín para primeros auxilios, por lo menos alguna crema para picaduras fuertes de insectos . Ya que es un hotel que es familiar, no incluyan juegos y actividades recreativas para los niños.

− El tv no se podía controlar, estaba fallando, no tenía la contraseña del wifi
Perfecta.
10.0Todo muy limpio, la limpieza diaria ok. La comida muy rica la piscina ok y la salida a la playa perfecta

− El baño comparte el mismo techo con el cuarto y esto hace de que no haya mucha privacidad al momento de hacer entrar al baño
