− Falta mantenimiento en general, telas de arañas, humedad en las paredes.
Um hotel bonito, organizado, funcional e bem localizado. Sem muito conforto.

− Pouco conforto. A cama muito dura e travesseiros muito finos.
O custo-benefício não foi bom. Hotel muito simples para o valor cobrado.

− O estado de conservação dos móveis do quarto estava muito ruim. Móveis velhos e descascados. Portas descascadas, pintura das paredes velha. O ambiente do quarto não é aconchegante. Não tem telefone para falar com a recepção e o atendimento via WhatsApp só funciona até às 22h. A água quente do banheiro simplesmente acabou e não tinha ninguém pra resolver pq já passava das 22h. Então meu filho de 7 anos ficou sem tomar banho nesse dia, pois estava muito frio e a água fria. O café da manhã é bastante simples também, servido em uma área aberta, sujeito a sol, vento etc.
