8.0Sleep Inn is my go to place to stay when I come into town for whatever the reason is I have to be there. I’ve never had an issue to write a complaint.
− I’ve stayed here on numerous occasions without having any problems but this time that wasn’t the case. My shower was not throughly cleaned; the floors were beyond filthy bc my daughter’s feet were black on the bottom. My bedding had pubic hair & crumbs so definitely wasn’t clean as it should’ve been & fridge had mold inside
It was an ok option if you’re not picky.
4.0Check in was smooth and friendly. The facilities were clean for the most part.
− I did not like how the pool was advertised online but was closed when I got there. I was told they had late check out options and they did not. I also saw a few water bugs/roaches crawling around (one in my room; one going into the back office door where they do laundry). I was very upset that no accommodations were given either.
The stay was wonderful, I enjoyed staying there.
