− Le prix de la chambre pour un 4 étoiles. Climatisation arrêtée mais fonctionne toujours avec beaucoup de bruit. Personnel très décevant. Chacun donne les informations au compte goutte. Personne ne fait l'effort de traduire. Dans tous les hôtels 3 étoiles c'est pourtant le cas. Prix pour garer la voiture. La salle de bain est toute petite. Oreiller pas confortable Aucun rapport avec le monde de Disney. Aucune ambiance. Pas de thé etc...

− The pool area could have been cleaner in the afternoon/evening. Lounge chairs and tables had old towels/food from people who had long since left the area, and when we came to use the pool around 4 it was hard to find a spot without spills or leftover food.
