1.0− This hotel relocate me to another hotel which has a very bad rating from clients. I just get the notification a day before which I already arrived at Pulau Sabang. I cannot contact the phone number given & all communications only by email. I am on vacation & do you think I have time to check all the emails? I refuse to stay at the suggested hotel but I don't have choice since I cannot cancelled the booking because of the terms given to me. I am very upset to the panglima polem aceh due to this problem.
