Would not stay again at that price. Needs remodeled and a deep cleaning.

Location was good, next to McDonald's. Brakfast not ready when I had to leavw for work 5to 530 am. Desk clerk was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Window Ac was okay. Fridge kept things cold, and frozen.

− Not as presented online. Smelled like mold and mildew. No TV. Room has hot tub, didn't work. Place was not clean in appearance. Definitely not worth the cost of 313.00 for 3 nights. Hotel 6 would have been better.

− The place was very run down. The rugs were dirty. There was no tv. There was a large piece of cardboard in the bottom of the tub I chose not to look under.

Nothing..

− No tv...at all. Could not turn water on in shower..carpet dirty...curtains old and holes in then.

We cancelled and went somewhere else!!

There was garbage and an old couch tipped over in the parking lot!!

− Looked like a slum lord place we were actually scared!! Furniture piled up in front of the windows inside!! Curtains were all messed up at all windows as we looked in!!

− Evidence of drugs in the room, stains on the beds and curtains, and half the pillows did not have a pillowcase. The room clearly hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Did not stay there, tried to get a refund, but PROPERTY OWNER REFUSED!! Great hotel if your looking for a place to use hard drugs.

Will never stay there again and have told others.

Clean sheets. Was able to move to another room.

− We pulled up and the entire front of the building had weeds, indicating no upkeep. Were given our first room, and the air conditioner didn't work and we have a grandson with asthma and room was stagnant smelling. I went to front desk and she took us to the next one. We couldn't put our freezer packs in the freezer section of the refrigerator as it was completely covered with frost with a frozen water bottle stuck in the middle. Mold was on the rubber seal. The carpet upon entry was ripped and could cause tripping. We got the kids settled for bed and the sheets were clean and pillows flat. Minor. In the morning the shower didn't work. We loaded up and I went to the front desk to inform them we weren't staying the second night. She never came out to the desk counter and we talked via the desk phone. She said the shower did work and I told her my husband is a plumber and it did not. She told me they didn't do refunds and we had to go through our booking. We found another hotel and did not stay at Pipestone OYO the second night. They also had a dirty mop propped in one stairwell and a vacuum cleaner in another. Could use better housekeeping.
