2.0Hotel is under renovations, however we received a room that was half finished. When we asked about it they said they were overbooked and tried to accommodate us. However we booked 6 months ago, so that’s not our fault you over booked. Bathroom was still a mess from renovations and wasn’t cleaned, bathtub was gross, didn’t drain and filled with water, fridge didn’t work, phone didn’t work, lamp didn’t work. Unfriendly staff members when asked about the situation. No manager on duty until after 11PM. We paid full price for these rooms that are half finished.

2.0I came here for a wedding. Our rooms got messed up when we booked them 3 months in advance. The front desk people are awful. No AC, No hangers or anything to put your clothes in. No microwave. It’s just horrible. I do not recommend at all.
