The fact it was a smoking room, in case of torrential rain. The staff is pleasant. The rooms are clean. The beds are exceptionally comfortable.

− The room was bla, mostly clean but very old and obvious old damage. Air con was non existent, 2 of 3 lamps did not work. The room was not pet friendly as requested. Old carpet with cigarette burns on it. 5th floor so really far distance to take dogs outside. Indoor rock and fake plants display was musty and confusing for dogs. Too many hills to climb with a luggage cart. Luggage carts were old and hard to manage. 2 of 3 elevators were not operational.
