WHAT HAPPENED?!
1.0− I was told my reservation was for the 11th. I was not able to check in!!!! I sure I’m not charged for tonite when I visit family!! I already have a place to stay!!!
If you don’t mind the short drive into Denver, this is a perfect place to rest in between Denver vacationing activities.
8.0We specifically chose this place because it wasn’t smack in the middle of Denver. The bathtub was amazing, and the best one out of the 8 different places we stayed during our trip. It was super deep, and had 2 different handles to help get yourself out.
− They were in the middle of remodeling, but the staff and crew were so professional during our stay we hardly noticed. They all respected the quiet time hours.

− The air conditioner did not work and because I booked thru booking.com they wete not able to offer me a discount like they did all the other rooms that the air wasn't working
Disappointed with stay.
1.0Comfortable bed; Iron available.
− Bed sheets wrinkly; No microwave; No hair-dryer; No juice or coffee for breakfast; Hallways dirty; Lobby area floors & tables dirty; Female staff not nice or apologetic or courteous but rude & indifferent. Place overall felt dirty & unkept!! Breakfast inadequate.
