6.0The property looks a bit run down and could really use some renovations. There was a funky smell in the room, which was a bit off-putting. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean, which made the night’s stay manageable. Breakfast was just okay, but it would be nice to see more variety offered. Customer service was decent, nothing exceptional. Overall, I guess I was expecting more from the Comfort Suites chain, but at least the price was affordable. It’s fine for a short stay, but could be much better with some updates.

− but I did not understand the $100 deposit. Not enough towels in. The room & the coffee didn't have any sugar or creamer
