Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Dem sehr freundlichen Personal ist nichts zuviel
8.0Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, es fehlt an nichts. Hausgemachte frische Kuchen. Hierfür und für die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter an Rezeption, beim Frühstück und der supertollen Roof-Top-Bar ein ganz großes Lob! Vor Ort sehr entspannte Parkplatz-Situation. Lage am Meer perfekt, nur über die Straße und schon ist man am Strand.
− Die Ausstattung unseres Zimmers war schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Durchgang zum Bad etwas eng. An der Baddecke waren Wasserschäden zu sehen und es tropfte auch leicht durch. Haben wir gemeldet. Wurde sicherlich schon behoben.

10.0The staff was incredibly kind. That would make anyone just feel so comfortable and safe. They gave great suggestions for travels. The rooftop was exceptional. The bed is comfy. The food was to die for.
− Price was heavy for a solo traveller, still worth it if you are looking to treat yourself
I would gladly book a visit to the palace hotel again possibly for Christmas with my family

Hotels needs renovation
7.0Location is good- just in front of the seaside. Staff on reception were very friendly and attentive, they gave very useful instructions about the parking.
− Hotel needs serious refurbishment. Furniture needs reupholstering- it looks filthy. Wooden furniture is really worn and falling apart. Hotel doesn’t provide iron and iron board. We didn’t know about it and had to go to opera in creased clothes- it was too late to order laundry service..
